Our Commercial Real Estate Practice effectively represents landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating leases, sale-leasebacks, and ground leases for all types of commercial properties. With respect to existing leases, we provide guidance through analysis, interpretation, advice and litigation support. We also assist commercial property managers negotiate and draft management contracts and other operative agreements.
Our Commercial Real Estate practice handles a diverse variety of real estate financing matters. We use our wide experience with real-estate finance to help borrowers raise capital through acquisition loans, construction loans and letters of credit. We counsel lenders and borrowers on financing and re-financing transactions involving senior, mezzanine and subordinate equity tranches.
